A little more about Clipnote.

Clipnote is a lightweight snippet collector. Highlight any text on any page, press the keyboard shortcut, and it's saved with the source URL and date. Search and export your collection whenever you need it. Perfect for researchers, writers, and anyone who reads a lot online.
